Who I work with
Hi! I’m Hannah, a Marketing Consultant based in Tonbridge, Kent, specialising in HubSpot, Marketing Strategy and Operations.
I work with business directors, sales and marketing directors and marketing teams in mid-sized B2B organisations across London and the South East who’ve reached the point where marketing is happening, but it’s not quite joined up. You’re growing, or gearing up to grow, and the strategy and systems underneath aren’t keeping pace.

How I can help
I help you get the foundations right: the strategy, the systems, and the people using them, all working together rather than pulling in different directions.
That often involves HubSpot (it’s my specialism, and where a lot of my clients end up), but the tool always comes second to the thinking.
I won’t sell you a platform you don’t need, or a setup more complicated than your team will actually use.

"I don't really know what's working"
You’ve got activity and spend going out the door, but no clear line of sight on what’s actually bringing in business.
I’ll review your strategy, data, systems and processes, find the gaps and the quick wins, and give you a documented set of recommendations and priorities you can actually act on.
"We need a system, but I don't know which one"
Before anyone spends money on a marketing or CRM platform, it’s worth being sure it’s the right fit.
I’ll talk to the people who’ll actually use it, pin down what you genuinely need (versus the shiny features you don’t), and research the options.
Often that points to HubSpot. Sometimes it doesn’t, and I’ll tell you so.
"Things keep falling through the cracks"
When nobody’s quite sure who picks up a lead, or what happens after a form gets filled in, things get dropped.
I’ll map out clear processes and workflows, with proper ownership and handover points, so leads get tracked and followed up instead of quietly going cold.
"We've bought the tool but it's sitting there half-used"
Buying HubSpot (or any platform) is the easy bit. Making it actually work for your business is the part that takes real effort.
I’ll manage the whole thing end to end: implementation, upgrades, integrations, and the documentation, so it doesn’t all live inside one person’s head.
"My team aren't really using it"
A system is only as good as the people using it, and most get underused because nobody was properly shown how.
I’ll create reference materials, run training sessions tailored to your team, and stick around for the follow-up questions once everyone starts using it.
"I can't prove marketing is working"
If you can’t measure it, you can’t make the case for it.
I’ll help you gather the right data, build reports and dashboards, and turn the numbers into something useful: a clearer sense of what to do next, and proof of value to show the rest of the business.

For bigger pieces of work, like a marketing audit, a strategy review or a HubSpot implementation, I’ll agree a statement of work with you and quote on a set number of days over a fixed period.
Ongoing support
If you need more regular ongoing support with marketing strategy and operations, I can work with you to agree a number of days each month or quarter across the year.
A bit more about me
I have over 20 years’ experience in campaign and project management for both technology and recruitment businesses, with a strong track record of delivering MarTech projects (HubSpot very much included).
My focus has always been on driving operational efficiency: finding the better way, whether that’s doing something more efficiently or measuring it more effectively.
I can be a bit of a nerd about digging into the data and getting the detail right. But what I enjoy most is the people part: connecting and collaborating, understanding what’s frustrating teams and getting in their way. I’m naturally inquisitive, and fairly tenacious when it comes to solving a problem or helping people and organisations reach their potential.
I love the magic of collaborating with others, whether I’m working with a client, singing with my choir or playing volleyball. Other things I live for are my two very energetic little boys and our annual ski trip to the French Alps.
